This is a sales support role for this department. If you also have Spanish language skills, that would be a big bonus!
The position will be based in Northern Broward County.
Salary/Wage: $37,000

Education Level: High school diploma or equivalent required; AA degree preferred but not required. A Secretarial Certificate is also desired but not required.

This person will report to the International department and must be completely fluent in Portuguese with the ability to proficiently translate to and from English - Portuguese 100%. Ability to translate to and from Spanish is a plus.
Applicants will be given a translation test and software, clerical tests to evaluate their skills. Job Description:

• To type all correspondence, letters, memos, and reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• To prioritize work in order of importance and according to deadlines to meet the needs of the company and department.
• To take the initiative to proofread all typed materials, identify and correct errors of sentence structure and grammar while making note of the changes to the writer before having correspondence signed or sent.
• To draft and compose routine letters to company employees or businesses outside company (not customers) as requested or needed.
• To follow up on work duties and projects to insure completion.
• To keep supervisor advised of all developments in which they may be involved or interested.
• To consistently maintain absolute confidentiality and professionalism with files and information handled for the department/company.
• To accept and complete any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.
• Assist other departments as necessary.
